In this Second Biscuits I would like to thank the Scottish Executive for
placing the order with us for the Rescue Boats, Engines and Trailers.
Following testing on the River Tweed (in full Flood!!!) the Eurocraft 4.9
with the Barrus 30HP Engine proved to be more than up to the Job.
The Firexpress Range goes from strength to strength with the new Wildfire
All Terrain Vehicle now in the UK and ready for demonstration and trials.
On the subject of Firexpress, we have now completed the first purpose built
unit for the M.O.D which will be going out to a sandy place very soon for testing.
The latest on the Fire Bike, BMW have now given thier full support and approval
on the use of BMW 1200 RT with the Firexpress fitted to it. The Bike was fully tested
for the build quality of the system, high speed stability (180 Kph) and passed with
flying colours.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service are leading the way on the project with the Bikes
due to go on the run very soon.
